Submitted research articles are refereed by experts identified by the editorial board through a double-blind review process. Manuscripts are evaluated based on originality, novelty, scholarship, clarity of discourse, and significance, as well as the degree to which the subject matter contributes to the practice of information technology in academic and industrial settings.
